Tuesday 8am Express Pilates Class (Mixed level) with Liz
The Express class is a 30-40 minutes quick fix class aimed at a mixed level andis not a workout class. We have planned this classfor those who are short of time or for those who want a quick classbefore work/school run/other commitments. The content varies each week so that there is something for everyone.

General mixed level matwork exercises – a fairly traditional approach
Hand-weight programme largely in standing with a few matwork exercises
Band programme
Squishy ball programme

If you are new to The Well Centre and interested in joining a class, please get in touch, we are able to take on new clients. We will send you a health questionnaire and follow this with a telephone chat about your reasons for doing the class, any health issues and your current level of exercise. It may be that we agree that an online one to one assessment is relevant. We can then recommend which classes to look at.
