Sarah Evans
I qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2015 graduating with an MSc in Physiotherapy from The University of Birmingham. Since then I have worked in the NHS and with sports teams gaining a broad experience of managing a number of acute and chronic conditions. I now specialise in Orthopaedics and Musculoskeletal physiotherapy at Warwick hospital.
I am passionate about exercise and movement therapy both personally and professionally. I enjoy  running and weight training. Pilates has played a crucial role in my training as the many benefits compliment other forms of physical activity, as well as benefiting the body and mind in everyday activities. I have used the principles of Pilates for many years in my treatment and rehabilitation of my patients. I recently trained with the APPI to become a Pilates instructor in order to teach classes and help others to benefit from all that Pilates has to offer.
I’m a big fan of the great outdoors, hiking, open water swimming, buggy running with my little one and even relaxing in my garden – when I get the chance. Our toddler also loves outdoor adventures and keeps us very busy!
