Diane Clark

I’ve been practising Pilates for over 12 years. I started by attending Pilates classes at my local Leisure Centre after only a few sessions I was “hooked” on Pilates and haven’t looked back since.
In 2009 I took the plunge and decided to leave the Corporate world as a PA in a large multi-national company and retrain as a Pilates instructor. It was hard studying again in my early 40’s as my children were embarking on University and 6th Form studies, but I’m glad I did! I now own my own Pilates Business, Pilates with Diane. My oldest son is now married living locally, whilst my youngest son is in the RAF based in Northern Scotland.
I qualified as a Pilates Instructor in 2010 and qualified as a Gym Instructor the following year. I integrate some of my gym knowledge into my Pilates classes and have taught 121 Pilates in my home-studio in Southam for a few years now.
I enjoy passing on my love of Pilates to those attending my classes and helping them through my teaching.  I attend courses to improve my Pilates knowledge & also my knowledge in relation to the Health and Wellbeing sector as often as my teaching commitments allow.
I’ve enjoyed being part of Angie’s team at The Well Centre since April 2016 teaching the Monday 6pm mixed level class.
