We are delighted to offer you the chance to try out some new studio classes with Leah .
They are mixed ability classes with options for easier and more challenging versions.
These classes are available to book for the new term starting on Monday 13th April and ending on Saturday 23rd May = 6 weeks. It costs £81 to book the 6 weeks of term.
Or you can book ad-hoc classes if you can only make certain dates. This cost will be based on the number of classes at £13.50 per class.

Mindful flexibility stretching - Monday at 11.30am
This class is to restore or increase the length or flexibility of muscles. Our focus in this class is to warm the body up ready for stretching. During the stretching phase of the lesson we will use varied methods and techniques such as maintenance stretches and developmental stretches. This is a mindfulness class, enjoying the use of our breath work to melt into our stretches more. The stretching will help ease any aches and pains you feel in day to day life and is a great recovery class for stiffness and fatigue. Enjoy slowing down and relaxing the mind and body in this mindful stretching class.
