Summer school 2018

Every summer we offer a range of classes at varying times with some of our instructors. This can be a good opportunity to try out a different level or instructor.

Take a look through and choose the classes that you can attend.

Tick the relevant box on the form, add up how many classes at £9 each. Add the total at the end.

If you can, please email me back your booking form.

Payments can be made by BACS sort code 720005 ac no 51673680 ac name The Well Centre
Or cheque to The Well Centre with summer school written on back or cash in an envelope with your name on it.
Please make payment at the time of booking.


We will be deciding which classes will run based on bookings received by then. 

Please note

Classes will run if 5 or more people book and pay in advance.

If you book and pay for a class that then doesn’t run, I will contact you to offer an alternative. If nothing suitable, I will give you a refund.

Bookings will not be taken with swap credits.

If there are spaces left, they will be added to the usual system and made available a few days before the class.

Once classes are on the system, you can cancel and rebook as usual.

If we merge 2 times because of low numbers, the new class will run as a mixed class.


Lower-suitable for anyone

Higher-expect to work harder although alternatives might be given

Mixed-a general class, most people will be happy.

Intermediate-a higher level class, expect a mix of exercises, maybe some yoga

Runners-exercises aimed at more active people to support sport, in particular- running.

Seated-exercise in sitting or standing.

Antenatal-for pregnant women

Workout-high intensity interval training-bring clean trainers. Expect to get sweaty
