Saturday taster sessions
We are very keen to run more workout classes. Some of us that have been doing the Friday morning classes have noticed benefits already-my running has improved and I have lost a little weight without trying, Helen feels her cycling is speedier etc.
The class takes about 45 mins and is a great addition to an exercise programme. The format is warm up, bursts of high energy exercise balanced with low level core work, cool down and then an optional higher level core session-planks etc for those that want a little more.

Workout-a basic knowledge of Pilates useful but not necessary. Should have no contraindications to working at a high intensity. Bring a pair of clean indoor trainers, water and be prepared to be warm!
