I graduated in Physiotherapy from the University of Ulster in 1998. After working in Glasgow for 2 years I moved to Leamington and worked at the George Eliot Hospital in Nuneaton until 2012.
I became interested in pilates after attending postnatal classes and have always had an interest in the benefits of exercise for rehab and treatment. I qualified as an APPI pilates instructor in 2013 and since then have taught classes, 1:1s and provided private Physiotherapy. More recently I have decided to focus solely on pilates. I love teaching different levels and variations to suit all abilities.
I’m kept busy outside of work with my 3 kids but in my spare time I like to attend aerial yoga, read and have recently taken up sewing.
